REBOOT™ WORK BOOT RESTORATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TheBootPros LLC, dba www.theunionbootpro.com, will to the best of its ability, using original manufacturer or
equivalent materials, at no additional charge, provide the following services:
* REPLACE WORN OUTSOLES
* INSPECT/REPAIR LOOSE STITCHING, EYELETS OR SPEEDHOOKS
* REPLACE INSOLES
* REPLACE LACES
* CLEAN AND RECONDITION LEATHER
THIS IS an offer to extend the life and performance of Thorogood™ brand 'welted' work boots -
by having TheBootPros LLC and our professional 'cobbler' resole, restore and renew your work boots.
THIS IS NOT an offer to reconstruct work boots with excessive damage; holes or cuts to
leather that could rendered the work boots unserviceable. Additional necessary repairs, determined
by TheBootPros, LLC to be above-and-beyond our REBOOT™ service, will only be completed
upon approval and payment, by customer, of additional repair costs.
THIS IS NOT an offer to 'rewelt' work boots with excessive damage to the original welt stitching
or excessive cracking to the original welt footbed - these conditions prevent the proper application
and attachment of new outsoles. Rewelting can be done for an additional $15 charge and will only
be completed upon approval and payment, by customer.
THIS IS NOT a warranty or guarantee that our services will return your boots to previous 'new' condition.
TheBootPros LLC resoles work boots using original Thorogood factory outsoles. A request for third party
Vibram® outsoles is an additional $15 charge and will only be completed upon approval and payment
by customer.
In the event an original Thorogood outsole is not available, the equivalent Vibram®
outsole will be used - with permission and payment, an additional $15 charge, from customer.
Shipping to TheBootPros LLC is the responsibility of the customer. Return ground shipping will be
managed and paid for by TheBootPros LLC. REBOOT™ Work Boot Restoration $114.95 fee, applicable taxes
and original $7.50 order handling fee are non-refundable.
The assigned REBOOT™ Confirmation Number (RCN), per your specific order, is REQUIRED at time
of redemption. Please retain this number in your records. Your REBOOT™ Confirmation Number will
be sent via email at time of original purchase date. It is at the sole discretion of the management
of TheBootPros LLC to reject work boots sent for restoration and reconditioning if their condition is
considered to be 'beyond hope' - damage to work boot construction and/or materials exceeds the described
services provided by the REBOOT services. Non-transferable. Discounts do not apply.
Other limitations may apply.
This offer IS NOT associated with or in combination with any other stated or implied warranty offered
by the footwear manufacturer, footwear material suppliers or TheBootPros LLC.
