Giveaway Rules and Policies

1. No purchase necessary.
Indivialuals who purchase items from thebootpros.com website are automatically
entered into drawing for the month their footwear order and/or rewards program
information was processed.

2. One entry per person per month will be accepted. Anyone can participate. You must be at least
18 years old and must be a citizen of the United States or Canada.

You must re-enter each month to qualify for that month's drawing.

3. TheBootPros LLC dba www.thebootpros.com is giving away one pair of boots
from the available inventory of Thorogood brand boots. Choice is limited to any style of
Made in USA or Assembled in USA style footwear available through TheBootPros LLC.

4. The cash value of the monthly WINNER drawing is $175.

5. The duration of the giveaway is unlimited. The first drawing occured on February 1, 2017.
The result of the drawing will be determined randomly. Winner will be selected electronically
from the databases of eligable entries collected the previous month. Each drawing will occur on
the first of the month. A winner and runner-up will be selected. Winner will be contacted by email
and phone of their selection. Winner has 15 days to reply and confirm his/her selection and
choice of footwear. In the event 15 days pass, the first ruuner-up will be the winner and will then
be contacted by TheBootPros of their selection.

6. Winner has option, if a paying customer within the month they qualified, to request
a full refund of their purchase in lieu of a "second" new pair.

7. TheBootPros LLC can terminate the giveway, as described, at any time without
public notification.

8. The information you provide WILL NOT be sold, distributed or shared with any
third party individuals or companies. The information we collect from you directly will be
used to process your entry and to communicate with you in the future regarding news
about our safety footwear products; primarily through the use
of your email. We thought you should know.
