3. Can I get my boots or shoes shipped to me faster than "ground"? Yes, by calling us at 1-800-723-5384, we can arrange 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day shipping via UPS or FedEx.
4. Do you ship APO/FPO? Yes. We ship to all AA, AE & AP addresses; unless DOD restrictions exist. 5. Do you ship outside the continental U.S.? Yes, we do. At time of your order checkout click on the "International Checkout." button. top of page |

Handling: 6. Why is there a $5.00 handling charge? After an order is placed by a customer at TheUnionBootPro.com, we verify and process the order for shipping. Our customer orders are drop-shipped directly from either of two Thorogood warehouses in Wisconsin (depending on boot style). TheBootPros LLC is charged a fee by the manufacturer, Weinbrenner Shoe Company, for this convenience. Our minimal $5.00 handling/processing charge is applied to each boot purchase on our site, regardless of the everyday discounted or special promotional price of the boot. The FTC accepts this charge as a separate and standard operational expense for processing an online order that will require shipping to a customer. Shipping is the third and final charge that can be applied. At TheUnionBootPro.com, ground shipping for our USA domestic customers is FREE. |

Returns & Exchanges: 7. What if I have a problem with the footwear I ordered? For any footwear item purchased from TheUnionBootPro web site, returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of product receipt. Footwear items can show NO SIGNS OF WEAR AND TEAR; signs of being worn outside the home or to work. Returned or exchanged footwear is inspected upon receipt. To return or exchange any item, please complete the following forms.
